 Working   with
Agents

    How we work           together

We work with the best and the most reliable Agents, who can provide us with the very best accommodation for our corporate clients.

🧿We provide accommodation for workforce mainly from such sectors like medical, construction, aviation, IT contractors and usually, we cooperate with companies  on their long-term projects.

🧿We greatly welcome the management service from those agencies that have it contracted with their landlords, as agencies' assistance in this aspect is very valuable for us and makes our work much easier.

🧿We are always looking for building long-term relationships with our Agents and we believe that our well established and very well operating model, allows to all the involved parties enjoying happy, healthy and fruitful cooperation and relationship.

🧿We are looking initially for rental periods from 12 to 36 months and often we are happy to extend our contracts for even longer terms, like 60 month plus.

Agents benefit from receiving long-term management fees, without having to manage the properties themselves or to deal with tenants.

Agents can also benefit by taking on multi-let, or even probate and distressed properties, which we will consider furbishing.

                          Benefits to Agents

🧿You do not have to find ongoing tenants
multiple times

🧿We would be a single point of contact for you for a long term (even up to 60 months or longer, if agreed mutually)

🧿You spend less time and resources per property

🧿You retain the management contract for the property (it would be greatly appreciated by us, as it would make our life much easier)

🧿You do not have to contact tenants - we are responsible for managing our clients.

🧿We provide professional cleaning service on regular basis (at least once a week) and

🧿We hold a comprehensive insurance package for every single unit that we sign contract for, so......

🧿The property would be kept in spotless cleanliness and excellent general conditions through out the entire rental period

🧿You receive all usual agents fees

🧿You create an additional source of income without having to commit much of your time or resources

as we are a growing national company and are expanding due to a high demand for our service

🧿You would be dealing with a reliable partner as we are regulated by the Property Ombudsman, and with ICO. We are providing additional protection and security as we have a comprehensive insurance in place

🧿As a relocation company, we are an easier partner to agencies because there are easier and more effective legal ways for agents and landlords to execute the contractual agreements with us. It is an easy process to evict us, in case a landlord or an agency feel we are not providing service up to the agreed high standards. .
